They are very unproffesional and are not up front with you. We cancelled services on the car and they had told us they would refund the money in 45 days it is now five months and we haven't recieved our r you. John Wilson was a straight shooter and made the deal work for my budget right from the start. There was no negotiating or re-negotionating. Even though the dealership was very busy on New Year's Eve day, Colt and Lonnie treated me like they had all the time in the world to answer my questions and help me with my purchase. I had spent the better part of a week e-mailing with Stacy Myers, who was courteous and helpful, informing me of inventory and hours, holding my hand every step of the way. Colt found the vehicle I was interested in and we were on a test drive within about 5 minutes of my arrival at the dealership. I was treated with respect and felt that everyone went out of their way to be helpful - all the way through the purchase process and the ringing of the bell :) There was no pressure, no haggling, and everything was super smooth. I can't say enough great things about the dealership and staff at Lester Glenn Subaru. More
I went into Lester Glenn Subaru after already being at another Subaru dealer that was unable to help me whatsoever. I knew what car I wanted and a price range that I could do however, issues with credit another Subaru dealer that was unable to help me whatsoever. I knew what car I wanted and a price range that I could do however, issues with credit kept me from purchasing a vehicle that day. Two and a half weeks later they were able to work with the cost in order to accommodate me financially, and they even held the exact car I wanted until the day I came in to purchase it. They did whatever they could to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford with the credit I had, which wasn't much seeing as I am just a student. Phenomenal experience, and everybody looking for a new car should visit this dealership. More
DO NOT GO TO LESTER GLENN! I was treated with nothing but disrespect by both the associate and the manager that I dealt with. I am in my 20's and was treated like a child. They acted as though it did not mat disrespect by both the associate and the manager that I dealt with. I am in my 20's and was treated like a child. They acted as though it did not matter what I had said- that it was going to be their way or no way. They wouldn't even negotiate! When I told them what I was trying to accomplish, the manager basically laughed at me and told me that NOBODY could get me out of my trade and into the car I wanted. They didn't offer any other explanation than that. So I left and made my way over to Pine Belt Subaru. It was worth the drive and I left with EXACTLY what I wanted. If you ever think about needing a new or used vehicle- avoid the Lester Glenn dealerships! They are nothing but scammers. More

I came in to buy a used subaru. Car was sold as i pulled into the dealership.John came outside to greet me and tell me the bad news. John and I worked out a deal and i left a HAPPY SUBARU OWNER.Before I left, I had to see Lonnie for the finanical paper work.On this day 11/24/12 they must have sold at least 5 cars while i was there.Needless to say Lonnie was way behind with the paper work as he was alone that day.He apoligized for the wait, and though he had other people waiting he took the time to go over all the details of the lease. John also defined what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about.I forgot to remove my easy pass unit from my trade. Called John on monday and explained what happened. He said he had it put away and since we live close to each other, would meet me to save me a 45/minute trip one way.He is not just my salesman, he is also my FRIEND. C. MILLER More
