The team at Lester Glenn Subaru in Toms River was friendly, respectful, and very helpful! Jack was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions and setting up a test drive fo friendly, respectful, and very helpful! When I decided on the Outback, Jack and Dan worked with me on pricing and my trade-in to get me to the price I could afford! I have to admit it was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Jack Geraghty was not the typical car salesman. He let us ask many questions and was very knowledgeable about Subaru's and many other cars in general. Jack even gave us a tour of the facility while we were waiting to speak to the finance manager. I would definitely recommend Jack Geraghty to future car buyers and have already told our daughter when she's ready to purchase her next Subaru to call Jack. I would also like to thank Donato Jensen (finance) for getting us through the financial process so quickly. It was a pleasure to do business with such mature young professionals. Great experience as usual, second time dealing with Jay, Purchased my last car in 2011, Unforturnally thanks to hurricane Sandy had to go back sooner then I needed to, my car was totaled, but still able to Purchased my last car in 2011, Unforturnally thanks to hurricane Sandy had to go back sooner then I needed to, my car was totaled, but still able to drive it to the dealership, I couldn't believe it was still working, but the adjuster told me it was because it is a Subaru! They do well in water...I guess so! I have to say when I drove the car to Lester Glenn, I was very upset. But Jay made me feel very confortable, he knew I was going through a rough time. He worked with me and I drove out of the dealership in less then 2hours, that's a recond. I have to say everybody at the dealership was very kind. I tell everybody of my great experience, If your looking for a great car I recommend a Subaru. Ask for Jay he will work with you to get the best deal possilbe! Thanks Jay!!! More
I've leased multiple vehicles in my life, and this was hands down the WORST sales experience imaginable. We called a week ahead to get pricing, I spoke with Dan who quoted me a special they were runni was hands down the WORST sales experience imaginable. We called a week ahead to get pricing, I spoke with Dan who quoted me a special they were running. At least 3x during the week someone called, very friendly, to ensure that we would be keeping our appt. We drove 40 minutes and checkbook in hand, I was ready to purchase the vehicle. Our salesperson was very inexperienced so had to keep going to speak with someone regarding the deal. He came back with a price that was far in excess of the quote. He then brought me a copy of the quote and it was what we had been told on the phone. After another few visits, Dan returns and tells us he would do us a big favor and honor this deal (which I still can't figure out how that was a favor). The catch was that I had to take the one car they had in this class, with a dent and miles on it. We asked if we could have that deal with a new car, without a dent, and his tone changed dramatically. While the salesperson had told us that new cars come in every day, and the girl on the phone told us they had tons of inventory for the car we were interested in, Dan then said we would have to wait 12-16 WEEKS! When I told him we weren't interested and this was clearly a bait and switch he started shouting at us, jumped out of his seat and really created a scene. Other sales people were actually looking at us with an expression that told me this wasn't the first time he's behaved so unprofessionally. I am still shocked about the entire experience. More

We agreed on $19,750 for the price of a 2012, used, premium Impreza car. Ended up charging me 21,800 for car. They are selling that same car 2013, in limited for same price with 3000 mi on it.I Got du premium Impreza car. Ended up charging me 21,800 for car. They are selling that same car 2013, in limited for same price with 3000 mi on it.I Got duped, when returned to dealer, they couldn't help me out, or compensate with me, Colt had said it was a mistake, yet John Puglisi or Lonnie could do nothing. Criminal act.Don't go there. More
