I drove a mini cooper and was trying to decide between a Mini Countryman or a Crosstek or a Outback. We were greeted at the door by Josh and he was with us the rest of the evening. My husband already drives a WRX and thought he knew alot about the brand since it was his second Subaru but once Josh started to give us detail about the car, he actually taught my husband a few things about his car that his previous sales person never told him. Josh was very good about letting my husband and I both test drive the cars and found us an area to drive so we could really see the safety and snow capabilities of the car. Josh made sure he answered any of our questions and tried to provide us all the information we would need to make a decision regarding picking the right car for me. Once we narrowed it down he made sure I got the right car and the right deal for me. My husband and I am have bought alot of cars and we can honestly say it was one of the better experiences from the dealer in general to Josh's service and commitment. Josh told us that anything we need post purchase he is there to help and I really believe that to be true. More
Josh Cavalieri made us feel welcome from the minute he greeted us at the door, he is excellent at what he does. We visited the dealership on Janurary 31st to look at the Subaru Forester and Outback. We had been looking at other vehicles and wanted to compare them to the Subaru, a car that we had never owned before but knew people who owned them and were happy. Josh showed us those that were in the showroom and went into great detail about each one. Then, he asked what we were looking for in that type of vehilcle, found one , let us both test drive it and let us take the time to think about it, no pressure. We returned on February 1st to purchase the Outback that he showed us. We would not have returned to the dealership if we had felt any type of pressure at all. Josh knows his product and knows how to present it to a potential buyer. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family if they were looking for a car. As we said, he is an excellent salesman. One of the most important things to us, when we purchase any car, is the Service Department at the dealership. We are hoping for a great experience with Lester Glenn Subaru of Toms River. More

Josh Cavalieri was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He did not pressure me at all and was eager to answer any and all questions. It was one of the reasons I even decided to purchase our new Subaru at this dealership. I went to Lester Glenn before any other dealership because of the very good reviews online. It was further than another dealership but the ratings influenced my decision to visit there first. I was impressed also by the quick response I received online the night before by Michelle. So, with great ratings and great initial internet response, I chose to visit Lester Glenn first. Josh was a very sincere and attentive to my needs and I felt so at ease making my decision. I will say, once I got a price for the car I was interested in. I did go to the other dealership just to feel that I was not buying on impulse and investigate further. I'm glad I did because it made me appreciate the service I received from Josh even more. He, along with the finance manager made my experience of purchasing my first Subaru a no stress experience. The sales process was low pressure, Josh reviewed the features of the car at great length and indicated he would continue to work with us after the sale. Josh will contact us when follow up service is needed and insisted we call him as questions arise with the vehicle. The price was very competitive as I had shopped several dealers in person and numerous more online. The extended warranty portion of the transaction was a little shady. This portion of the transaction was not performed by Josh. I'm confident the vehicle is "Etched" prior to the purchase. The Etching for security purposes is listed as a feature of all the various extended warranties. When we came to an agreement on the extended warranty, I asked if I would need to make an appointment for the etching and was told it was done. The etching is done on various parts of the vehicle, not the glass that can be broken. Do you think it's legit to sell a feature that already exists? The second concern with the extended warranty is the initial price that it will be offered to you at. Plans ranging from $3,736.44 to $1,813.65. Do your homework on this, I found the same plan for about 45% less....really! I was very easy to work with, knew what I wanted, cash customer as I had prearranged financing elsewhere, no trade in. As I mentioned above out salesman Josh was nice to work with. The dealership as a whole seems like a good place. I'm not familiar with the service department at this point so there is no review on that front. It has been a positive experience less the extended warranty ordeal. Do your research and know before you go! More

Buying a new car, no matter how wonderful, is at best a bit daunting. From the moment we parked our car at the dealership, we were surprisingly and cordially greeted by both Dan Deuber and Josh Cavalieri, and it only got better. In a relaxed, inviting atmosphere, Dan spoke with us and then turned us over to the highly capable Josh. Although we were interested in the Subaru Forester and had done our homework, we did have unanswered questions. Josh was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his answers, never making us feel uncomfortable. On two occasions, he physically walked us through the car we would purchase that day, pointing out the many features. Both my husband and I felt at ease asking the most minutia of questions as Josh's patience and information never wavered. Our decision was a positive one and we did leave that day with a new car. Our experience with Lester Glenn and especially with Josh's generosity of spirit and knowledge, allows me to state that we would unhesitatingly recommend Toms River Lester Glenn Subaru - and most importantly Josh Cavalieri as their representative - to our family and/or friends.
