I bought my first Subaru from Lester Glenn 3 years ago. From my first service until the present, the staff there, specifically Zena and Lisa Gilmore have treated me wonderfully. More importantly, they have gained my trust and that is very important when service people are recommending various types of services and a consumer really doesn't know if their car truly needs it or are they just being "sold". That also had a lot to do with my decision to lease a 2nd car from Lester Glenn Subaru last year. Kudos to both Lisa and Zena. You have truly earned my business ! More

When i went into the dealership and sat down with Kyle, i knew exactly what car I wanted. However, I was under a strict time constraint because my husband is very ill and was home alone. I expressed the fact that i did not have the luxury of spending hours and hours there negotiating...(a very bad experience that I had at another dealership and manufacturer three years ago with my previous lease.). They understood my concerns and were compassionate and there was no haggling. Yes, some negotiating, but over all not a bad experience at all. I was in and out with a great deal in under three hours and i came back that evening to pick my car up. It was ready in the time frame they gave me. The paper work was signed and I drove off a happy first time owner of a Subaru Legacy. And, yes, i will definitely go back there for my next Subaru! More

I shopped around for months, test drove way too many cars, and talked with a heck of a lot of salesmen before reaching out to the Lester Glenn dealership. My husband and I met with Jack to discuss a fully loaded 2016 outback, and Jack beat our best offer by over $1,000. He gave us a great price on our trade-in too. And then he worked very hard to get us the exact car we had chosen as quickly as possible. We picked up our car this past Friday, and absolutely love it. Thanks so much, Jack. You're amazing! More

Totally blown away! I came to Lester Glenn to cancel my extended service contract because my 2nd Forester was totalled. Donato Jensen suggested that I look into purchasin I came to Lester Glenn to cancel my extended service contract because my 2nd Forester was totalled. Donato Jensen suggested that I look into purchasing a new car while here. He brought me to Ann Marie Napoli who was more than accommodating my needs. I was put into a 2016 Forester that I absolutely love. Kudos to Lester Glenn in selling me my 3rd Forester! More

He addressed every concern we had prior to the actual purchase, to ensure that the car would be exactly what we expected. Needless to say, it was. The paperwork was handled painlessly and effortlessly by finance Mgr. Donato Jensen and once completed, Jack gave my wife & I all the time we needed, to explain the bells & whistles of our new 2016 Forester. We were extremely satisfied with Jack and recommend him and this dealership. This purchase was, without a doubt, THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD. MY SUBARU BUYING EXPERIENCE Being a 67 year old woman who always dreaded the idea of going into a dealership alone. Since my husband died I have had to do the things that he used Being a 67 year old woman who always dreaded the idea of going into a dealership alone. Since my husband died I have had to do the things that he used to do for me. Well I got my nerve up and went into this and quite a few other dealerships by myself. I was so surprised that I was treated as an intelligent human being and not as an old woman who didn't know anything about cars. This dealership far surpassed all the others in kindness, honesty, and they made me feel completely at ease. MichaelMarquand was awesome. He was so patient with me because I didn't know what car I wanted. He took me out on about 6 different cars on test drives and not once did he lose his patience with me. I was not easy to deal with because of my anxiety but he kept reassuring me that it was perfectly ok to be that way. Josh the sales manager was there and he let mike do pretty much the whole thing but whenever I became insecure he was there to lend a hand. It was such perfect timing. Josh is very intuitive in this way.. Then I met Lonnie the finance man and he was such a gentleman and has a genuine smile. I bought a Legacy and I love it. I was coming out of a Mercedes but felt that because of my advancing age I have to cut down my expenses. This car is much less expensive and I already have some of my friends telling me it drives better and is more comfortable. I recommend this dealership very highly and I also was fortunate enough to meet the owner of the dealership and he was so down to earth and kind. More
