Ann Marie Napoli was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and enthusiastic about the Subarus, without being high-pressure or pushy. Her concern with helping me find the right vehicle for me was apparent and in every way she went above and beyond what I could have expected. Even after I had bought the car, she continued to make sure I had no questions or concerns. Mike Smith also was great. He made the process quick and efficient, explained what I needed to know in a concise way and was very friendly. I was treated like a friend throughout the process, and I can't say how much that was appreciated. All in all, a great experience. Thank you! More

I was very fortunate to have been taken care of by Jack Geraghty, one of the nicest, knowledgeable, NO-pressure Car-Salesmen I have ever encountered. He answered all my questions, and when I wasn't quite ready to make my final decision, he simply gave me his cell #, and told me to call him if I had any more questions, or when I was ready to move forward. A week later, I pulled the trigger on a 2015 Forester. Jack very capably facilitated the purchase process, and then gave me a very thorough introduction to my new vehicle. Everyone I met at the dealership was courteous and extremely professional. Even though they are about 40 minutes from my home, I plan on going there for service. Lester Glenn really knows how to make a customer feel comfortable, and totally eliminate the stereotypical unpleasantness from the car-buying experience. More

No matter where it was in Toms River the staff went above and beyond trying to please their customers with the good and bad of dealing with car ownership. Yes, you might be thinking....things can't be that nice at a dealership...well, here at the Toms River Subaru you can be happy purchasing a car and servicing it throughout the years. Servicing and buying a car is not on peoples top list of things but at least here you know you can believe in the service being done on your car and the level of professionalism from the sales team. Jack is very patient and listens to what the owners need and what never pushing you toward another direction. We all know this is not an easy process to commit to buying a car but at least here you can trust the people walking you through the process. We will never know if it is the "best" deal but at least you know they are putting in the effort to make you satisfied. Thank you Jack and Mike for your time and patience. Please ask for them when purchasing your next car you will not be disappointed. After purchasing the car you will have the pleasure of meeting the service and parts team that goes above and beyond. Customers expectations can be frustrating and demanding at times which I have witnessed while sitting in the waiting area.
