We were actually leaning strongly toward buying another make of the same size car, but Sal Gozzo did a great job understanding our needs, answering our questions, and meeting us where we needed to be on the price. Sal was helpful, attentive, and engaging, but never pushy. He just struck us as a regular guy, someone that we could talk to without all the typical sales pressure. He went out of his way to listen and help us out. In the end, we were so impressed that we actually bought two cars, trading in both of the cars we currently had, and we have been very happy with our decision. Sal, Roy, and Donato were all a great help to us, and we are looking forward to a long relationship with Lester Glenn Subaru as a result. This is the first time that we have ever bought more than one car at a time, and it is also the first time I have ever bothered to write a review about a car dealership.
