The staff we met from the manager at the door Roy, to Sal our very friendly and worthy salesman, to Dave the finance guy who knew us from another dealership of the same group were simply OUTSTANDING. Time spent is worth every minute and the level attention is amazing...and don't sweat the technology..Andrew has you covered there and will get you and your cars technology linked together personally!..he is an Excellent instructor. Subaru ,,,,you should be very proud of this dealership ...they deserve it....and I am not easily impressed. More

Purchase of a 2017 Subaru Legacy Sport On Friday, February 17, 2017 I purchased a 2017 Subaru Legacy Sport. My salesman was Jay Jackson. Jay also sold me a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek back i On Friday, February 17, 2017 I purchased a 2017 Subaru Legacy Sport. My salesman was Jay Jackson. Jay also sold me a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek back in April 2014. So this is the second car I have purchased from Jay. He is an excellent professional salesman, kind and personable, and makes the experience of looking for a new car fun. He let me test drive 3 different cars, one of them twice. Also, when it came to dealing with the price, there was no hassle of the negotiating or haggling. He met all my needs as far as the pricing, and for me to comfortably afford financing my new car. He explained everything in detail, including all the features in the car. Another fun thing he does, (and this has been his own idea), is to have a picture taken with you just before you ring the "bought a new car bell". He then sends the picture over to you on your cell phone. Over the last 3 years when I would go in for an oil change, if Jay was there he would go out of his way to come over and say hello, and he remembers your name! I will definitely always recommend Lester Glenn Subaru, and Jay Jackson as the salesman to see, to anyone who is looking for a new car. More

I used to reside in Matawan I just recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback. This is the fourth car our family purchased from the Lester Glenn family. I used to reside in Matawan NJ, and bought two cars from Lester Glenn while living in NJ. The staff in Toms river have been so kind and professional! I now reside in NYC but travel an hour and half back to NJ and have bought two more cars; a forester for my wife and an outback for me. It is worth the drive time to deal with courteous employee's . Jay Jackson is amazing and really knows every vehicle at the dealership. He can tell you the length and width of each vehicle and knows all the stats about horse power etc. He is funny and kind and Not pushy. His goal is to get you into a Safe, Comfortable vehicle that will meet your needs! I highly recommend going down to Lester Glenn Subaru and making a purchase! More
