Our goal was to purchase a used minivan that had the lowest mileage We had a very nice experience working with Ron and Ryan trying to buy a used car. Our goal was to purchase a used minivan that had the lowest mileage and the newest model year. We found one online and went in to see it, however, that particular minivan was a little high for us. Ron and Ryan worked so hard to look through all of the inventory at all the Lester Glenn dealerships and found 2 other minivans but they didn't quite meet our needs. We ended up purchasing elsewhere and we felt terrible because these guys worked so hard to find something to meet our needs within our price range and they were so nice! If we had more time or they had more used inventory we would have liked to continue to work with them until we could find what we needed. Thanks again Ryan & Ron! More

Jay was extremely helpful in narrowing down the options and keeping in touch on the status, and the financial paperwork was a breeze with Donato. I've never spent so little time with a dealer all the way from walking inside up until I drove out of the lot with a new car, and this is my 4th lease so I'm no stranger to the process. We met with Mark, laid out what we wanted (we had done our homework on price, options and trade in value) and Mark, Andrew and Donato gave us an extremely good offer. The Trade in value was what we expected. We never mentioned our price and Mark never pressed us. Rather they made us an offer and we went back and forth for about 10 minutes. The final price left us with a good feeling on our 2017 Forester. We also got the extended warrantee because we expect to his this vehicle for a while. Remember, we did our homework and had a 6 year satisfied relationship with Lester Glenn with our 2011 Subaru Forester. It was the first car buying experience that we had in which we weren't suspicious of the "deal making" process. Mark has followed up several times and even helped me out when I had to deal with the DMV. Good man Mark. More
