Great experience I purchased a 2017 Forester. As i think with most buyers, i was a little apprehensive since i wasn't looking forward to all the pressured negotiating I purchased a 2017 Forester. As i think with most buyers, i was a little apprehensive since i wasn't looking forward to all the pressured negotiating. Happily, my experience could not have been further than it. It was truly a non-pressured experience. My salesperson, Ms. Ann Marie Napoli, could not have been more pleasant to deal with. Never once did i feel as if i was being pressured. I knew the car and model i wanted and never once did i hear that i should "also get" this option or that. After i agreed to purchase the vehicle i was taken to the finance person Dave Shinn. Again, there was no pressure. I was given the various package options and it was my decision which one to buy. Never did the he suggest i get a more expensive package. I would recommend Lester Glenn Subaru and Ms. Ann Marie Napoli to anyone thinking of buying a car. In fact, when i tell someone that i bought a new car or they ask me about it, i immediately tell them about the great experience i had purchasing it. More

Great Experience Start to Finish Mark Bellotti was great in facilitating the purchase of our new Subaru. We do not turn over our cars every four years and were coming up on 10 years Mark Bellotti was great in facilitating the purchase of our new Subaru. We do not turn over our cars every four years and were coming up on 10 years with our minivan, so he knew we did not take this purchase lightly and we wanted a vehicle that would last us another 10. Mark was professional, courteous but most important not pushy or pressuring. Roy from management that came over to "seal the deal" was also very easy to work with and we negotiated friendly and respectfully together. Dave in finance department was great and process was also a breeze. Andrew also was very nice to work with and really knew his stuff regarding all features of our Outback.
