I arrived at the dealership in the morning before 11AM, a warm greeting with smiles from the staff, I was taken to Andrew Thomlinson to assist me in my car search. I test drove three cars, but I was still undecided. Ron insisted that I take the Forester home and drive it around for the day and bring it back tomorrow. I was sold at that point. The next day they talk to the bank to get me the monthly payment I wanted, even though I didn't have the best credit score, they did it!!! They got me in a plan that fits my budget and my payments are lower than I paid for my first car. More

I called ahead, and was greeted by Kathy Ottmer at the service department when I arrived at Lester Glenn My vehicle needed immediate attention. I called ahead, and was greeted by Kathy Ottmer at the service department when I arrived at Lester Glenn in Toms River. Kathy noted all my concerns and wrote up the repair order for a tech mechanic to inspect and repair my Forrester. Although Kathy found out some parts were on back-order, she said they would have the work done in a timely manner. Wow, was she right ! My wife and I were out at a swim meet for our grandson, all day, on the Tuesday following the vehicle drop off. When I arrived home that evening , there was a message from Kathy informing of the completed work. Within five minutes of being in the door, she also called back letting me know I could get the car, asap. Hats off to Kathy and the service team at Lester glenn Subaru.
