It was honestly, THE BEST experience I've ever had leasing a car. Seth sat with me for hours and went over every possible scenario since I was debating the buyout of my current lease. He worked the numbers for each scenario and guided me in the right direction. He stayed hours past his quitting time and not once did I feel rushed. Add to the above the amount of driving I do working out of state (4 days a week), and she still ALWAYS manages to get me in for service - making my time constraints her own. If/when - I find myself in a position to buy another Subaru at this dealership - you may be shocked to find out its because of her - and I mean that. If people like Nicole are not there, what's my motivation to come back. I can get a Subaru somewhere else - it's people like her that would bring me to the dealership she's at.
