Scott, thank you for your feedback. However, we'd like to address the claims made in your review. We did not steal your skid plate. Only the technician touched your vehicle and nothing was stolen from your vehicle. Our service manager spoke with you and informed you of this as well. As far as the 40,000 miles added, it was a mistype of your vehicle's odometer when it was added into our database. This has since been corrected. The system will trigger recommended services based on mileage reading, as well as our technicians would interpret recommend services based on the mileage listed. Which is where the cabin filter check and recommendation came from, as a vehicle with the mileage that was listed incorrectly would need to have the cabin filter replaced. The accurate mileage of your vehicle would not dictate that to be replaced. We apologize for the error in mistyping your odometer reading and have since corrected that.

Mary, we understand our General Manager has reached out to you to discuss your experience and your feedback. In that conversation we reviewed your concern with the tire and offered to replace the tire at our expense. We reviewed your concern with the weatherstripping, that we also agreed to replace at our expense. We have cancelled the warranty and refunded the money for the warranty and the vehicle etching to you. You stated you were unhappy regarding the scratch on your vehicle, which was present at the time of your inspection of your vehicle, and wanted your vehicle to be repainted. We are unable to offer that. The vehicle you purchased is a pre-owned vehicle, and with that there will/can be cosmetic imperfections with the vehicle due to the nature of the vehicle being owned and driven previously. We encourage and allow a physical inspection to be done on the vehicle prior to purchase, but any cosmetic imperfection will be accounted for in the sale price of the vehicle. We feel we have addressed any safety concerns with you as well as any unhappiness you had with the warranty purchased. Our General Manager also offered to purchase the vehicle back and return your original vehicle to you, while offering to have a driver physically bring your vehicle back and pick up the vehicle from your home in North Carolina, which you declined. We appreciate your feedback and will remain in touch regarding the promises we have mutually agreed upon together. Thank you.
