I bought a Subaru Ascent et 2021 and from very beginning something were wrong with the radio, I complain and Subaru servis check it very professionally, found the problem and replaced the radio. After a sho something were wrong with the radio, I complain and Subaru servis check it very professionally, found the problem and replaced the radio. After a short time the problem was the same. Second time I got recol from Subaru for the same problem, this time the problem was definitely solved, everything is functional perfectly, thank you Subaru and thank you to Ekaterina, she was very kind and helpful. I was very happy with our salesman John Mailot and the finance director Sal, but the manager James Grace was rude and arrogant. I felt like he was shaking my hand for buying a Subaru while stabbing me in finance director Sal, but the manager James Grace was rude and arrogant. Excellent job by Noah Conlon Lewis, the sales person. As an aside, I would suggest checking the glove compartment for the correct Owner's Manual.
