It wasn’t like Yuri had gone to him several times with offers. He just didn’t want to haggle anymore & what was written was rude in my book. He could have written just the amt. with final offer. Maybe he needs to go back to cust serv 101 class. Not positive but think his name was Alan Broughton More

Overall good buying experience considering we did not walk in there with the intent to purchase a vehicle. Would highly recommend the site transition to more advanced ways of doing paperwork rather than walk in there with the intent to purchase a vehicle. In 2023 and with the car market that leaves buyers with less flexibility to negotiate, dealers have to focus on the buying experience and ways to make it easier and faster. More
