This was my first experience with service adivsor Sam and he was great as well. The only reason I return to a Leith Toyota service is because of Kassi. She is an asset to the company. I was helped by a fabulous sales person (Natalia). As you know, you have to be wary of sales people as they could be pushy and aggressive… not the case with Natalia, she made me feel comfortable and rather than pushing me to buy, she made it, as she called it “an information day” and an information day it was. She explained everything I needed to know about the car and then some. Overall, amazing experience at Leith Toyota, I will be stopping by in coming weeks to make my purchase, but only from Natalia.
