Great Service Experience ! My service adviser Jonathan Lloyd was excellent. I brought my 2001 Camry in for a 120,000 mile service (It has nearly 170,000 miles on it.) and after My service adviser Jonathan Lloyd was excellent. I brought my 2001 Camry in for a 120,000 mile service (It has nearly 170,000 miles on it.) and after a thorough inspection he patiently explained what I needed and how much it was going to cost. (I already had a fairly good idea what it needed and what he told me was no surprise). He came and kept me updated about how much longer he was going to perform the work that was being and it actually cost me less than the original estimate. ( I was really surprised by that and very grateful. He is soft-spoken, kind, and a pleasure to deal with. When I come back for service I definitely want him as my service advisor again. If I had felt pressured or not heard, I would never have made the decision and could easily have walked away, but Solomon kept right in there with us and we were able to close a mutually satisfying deal on a new Prius. Second car in six months - will do the next one here! I purchased a RAV4 for my wife back in November. Came in for a used one, but ended up with a brand new one for not that much more. Came in this time to buy a used car for my son, but ended up with a new one for myself - my son will drive the existing car. Phillip Johnson worked with me both times and I can't say enough great things about him. He has been awesome in terms of his responsiveness, being willing to change directions on a dime, aiding me with getting a good value for my dollar(s), and finding in both cases what turned out to be excellent solutions for my family. In addition, he is a great person to work with - he has a great demeanor, low/no pressure, and is committed to providing a positive, professional, and near perfect outcome. The dealership itself has a light and inviting atmosphere, and everyone we've worked with, sales and service, has been professional and genuinely invested in making sure that our sales and service experiences can be as good as possible. I plan on being a customer for a long time. More

This young lady made me feel very relaxed and was very straight forward when I asked questions. She spent a great deal of time with me and that was so appreciated. Ms Gutierrez is/was very knowledge and answered all my questions or concerns. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I will definitely recommend her and Leith Toyota to my friends. More
This is the worst dealership ever First and foremost before i visited this dealership I saw all the negative reviews. I thought to myself let me give this dealership a try it can’t pos First and foremost before i visited this dealership I saw all the negative reviews. I thought to myself let me give this dealership a try it can’t possibly be that bad. And of course I was wrong. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I needed to get the my family vehicle checked for mechanical damage so I could let the insurance company of the other vehicle involved in the accident know so they would be able to cover any repairs that it may have needed. I took it on a Tuesday night. My first impression of the service folks was that they were very nice and willing to help me. The service person let me know that they will check the van for any mechanical other damage. The following day I received a call back from the service desk rep letting me know what they found. First let me say that I am knowledgeable and very versatile when it comes to vehicle. I have owned many Toyota Vehicles in the past and I always do my homework prior to taking any vehicle to a mechanic shop. The service rep. started by telling me that the van had a leaky transmission pan that was leaking transmission fluid and that an issue with the suspension which may or may not have required service. (and I quote).the Rep. advised me to rely this info to the Insurance Co. which I did. The insurance Co. requested that all information be faxed which the Service rep did that day (Wed).The service rep let me know that she was going to be out for the next couple of days and that another service rep was going to be in the loop as to what was going on. Come Thursday early morning I call the insurance Co to get a status and they advised me that they had not received anything from the dealership. Come to find out the Ins. Co gave me the wrong fax number. After hanging up with the Ins. Co I contacted the dealership to let them know what was going on. I spoke to the service rep. who stated that they were not sure who was the person handling my case but that they would pass on the message and that they would give me a call back. Several hours passed and I never received a call back from the Dealership as they had told me. I called the dealership back to find out what was going on and I was not able to get in contact with anyone from the Service dept every time I called the customer service rep asked me what I needed put me on hold and relayed the info to the Service Area. The Customer service rep would then get back on the phone and RELAY what the service reps said. (I never got to speak to anyone about my van).. since I was not able to get any answers from the Dealership (again) I called the Ins Co. to find out what was going on. They said they received the info and would be send an adjuster out. On Friday an insurance adjuster went out in the morning and made the determination that it was not related to the accident. I only found this info after calling the insurance company. So for most of the day Friday I spent on several occasions trying to get into contact with someone in the dealership to find out what was going on with my van. In the meantime I contacted Toyota about the mechanical issues and they advised me that they repairs are covered under WARRANTY. I contacted the dealership around 2pm and spoke to the customer service rep. who put me on hold and spoke to the Service reps who advised her that my van was ready to be picked up, and that the ins. Adjusted had stopped by and no repairs were authorized. She advised me that I had a estimate if I wanted to go ahead and repair the van. I was never given an estimate. I advised the customer service rep that they repairs were covered under warranty. She said she didn’t know anything about that. I asked to speak to a service rep again was put on hold and later told I would be contacted. I asked to speak to the service manager but conveniently he was unavailable. I asked to speak to anyone else in charge and they were conveniently unavailable as well. At this point I had no idea what was going on and what the status of my repairs were. Come 4pm I was not contacted. I said at this point I lost all confidence in this dealership and their customer service. I drove about an hour to get to the dealership with my entire family since we were down to one car. When I got there it took about 45 mins for the Service Rep person to find out what was going on with the Car. Word of advise stay away from this dealership. From the beginning all these “issues” that require “repair” were covered under warranty. They tried to bill the insurance, tried to bill me and kicked me to the curb when I called them on it. They are so DISORGINIZED and UNTRUSTWORTHY. Take your car somewhere else where they will value you as a customer. Read the Yelp reviews and believe what they say. The day I picked up my van the service manager all of sudden became aware of the issue and tried to convince me to leave the van for “repairs”. He said he was going to call me back to follow-up with me STILL WAITING.. I wouldn’t trust these people with a toy car. CONSUMER YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Do not be surprised if Rodney comes on here to submit a rebuttal to my service experience they have no integrity and are full of hot smoke his excuses are BS they have horrible customer service and have no integrity stay away just read all the yelp bad reviews More
