Superior dealership experience! After visiting at least 4 dealerships in the triangle area we ended up at Leith Toyota. It was night and day difference from the previous 3 dealerships. Chris, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable on the model we where looking at. He answered question about the vehicle that the other dealerships sales people could not answer....If they did, come to find out, the answers they did give me were completely wrong! During the sale, the sales manager Robert came out and explained to us our numbers. Very professional and friendly!! We later learned that the previous dealership was using some smoke and mirrors to get to a number that worked for THEM not me! Completely shady practice...Robert did everything he could to get us to where we wanted to be within our budget. Outstang job!! Will recommend Leith Toyota of Raleigh to all my friends👍 More

Mixed Experience I called on Friday to inquire about the availability of a car. They told me what I wanted to know and I told them I will be there the next day. The next day, the called to inquire if I still have interest maybe they should hold it down for me and I told them I will be there today but let them not hold it down. On getting there, I asked Sam about the car, he said a deal is been done on the car that he will call me if the deal didn't pull through. He did call back, I called back twice no one picked. That was in the morning, tour every other lot but wasnt satisfied. Then on my way back home I decided to call one more time. Luckily, Deen picked. That was the best thing that happened to me. He assured me that the car wasnt sold, he went ahead not just to hold the car but held the car keys till I got there. He even text me with his personal number to assure me the car is held for me. I was delighted when I got there and the way he attended to us was tremendous. I paid for the car Cash without stressing the young man. I recommend Deen anytime and we surely refer people to him More

I know I can trust his recommendations for elective service and tire replacements. He always explains the situation and the options and has gone out of his way to personalize my service more than once. I expect to keep my Prius for another five years with Richard’s help. More
