Fantastic experience shopping for a vehicle We had been searching for a Toyota Camry for a couple of months. My husband and I were being very picky when looking for a used vehicle. We looked in our area for a dealership and we weren't thrilled with the idea of going to the local dealership. So we looked in the surrounding cities. Leith Toyota was about an hour away from us, but they had really great deals on new vehicles online. So we gave them a call, confirmed the price, and let them know that we would be there the next day. The next day we were greeted by Mark Hay, who was very courteous and helpful. He was not pushy at all, but in fact helpful in the decision making process. He was able to show us all the features, the benefits of different models, and breaking down the pricing to help us figure out what would best match our price range. The finance department was very helpful as well thoroughly explaining all the different warranties they offered, but they were not pushy in what they were offering at all. They allowed us to customize our warranty options so that we would have a plan that fit our needs best. It was definitely a positive experience being a first time buyer from a dealership- it was not intimidating and I didn't feel rushed into a purchase. I was able to buy a brand new vehicle in our price range and we are very happy with our new car. We would absolutely recommend this dealership and would agree it is worth driving past 3 other Toyota dealerships to work with Leith. More

And I know what you’re thinking while reading this... “this just has to be a made up description to improve rating” it’s ok I think the same thing when I hear the same generic reviews. But if you really take your time and ask questions to the service workers they will answer and pretty soon you build a relationship with them. Great place and great people. Plus there’s free popcorn and water! More
