He took me to a desk and listened to my needs. He was an excellent guide and companion during the test drive. He's very easy to talk to. In the end we were both surprised to find that what I wanted had just come onto the lot. He facilitated the sale, got the vehicle ready, and had me out with a minimum of fuss.
