Selling used cars as New Test drove two separate vehicles that Leith was selling as new and they had 800 and 1400 miles already on them. They admitted they let their sales managers drive them as a perk to the managers. Because it hasn't transferred title they then claim they are new vehicles and price them as such. The cars were dirty and had personal items in them. They call them executive demos and they sell them as new. Don't buy a used car from this dealer and pay them full price as their cars are already used and should have depreciation based on mileage put on the cars. More

Poor customer service and shoddy work. This service department failed to diagnose an issue with my vehicle after several hours then performed shoddy work on a recommended service. Had to visit the service department on three separate days to have the requested work completed. Each time I was billed, the invoice had to be backed out due to mistakes. Have been trying to speak with somebody at automative group's leadership team but the company is setup to prevent it. I've emailed the GM twice without a response. More
