Prior to even arriving to the lot, I heard from Shannon, Tim and Jonathan which was very nice and made me feel good. When we arrived at the lot, we met with Jonathan Davidson and he explained everything to us and showed us all of the features on the SUV. Brandon Hales was also very helpful and detailed and worked to get us the best rate for our financing. Both of them are very friendly and approachable. I loved the fact that they transported the SUV we wanted to see from another lot to their lot. That was a huge plus for me. Also we wanted to check to see if the vehicle had more than one key. Jonathan checked this out and traveled to their sister lot to pick up the key for us. I am SO pleased with the purchase and the experience we had. The time flew by but it seemed like we were only there for a short time. We were so engaged in conversation and just were having so much fun that we were not watching the clock.
