Enjoyed working with Ali Akkan. Ali Akkan helped us a great deal, as we had many, fairly complicated questions. The test drives were unrushed and informative, especially comparing RAV4s that were similar except for packages. Ali also suggested alternatives, when we were unsure of the value of some of the packages. Buying a new car takes a lot of time and can be stressful. But Ali and Ralph were calm and friendly. We never felt under pressure to make a decision. We were also able to talk to Ali after hours as questions came up while we were making a decision. We would recommend Ali without reservation to those looking for a new Toyota. More
