Octavio-Friendly, Professional; a Really Positive Experience It was a very real pleasure for both my wife and I to work with Octavio when looking at a 2020 Highlander. He is professional and personable in the g It was a very real pleasure for both my wife and I to work with Octavio when looking at a 2020 Highlander. He is professional and personable in the genuine kind of way often lacking in car sales. Instead, we found ourselves joking and laughing as my wife and I walked around the vehicle on the showroom floor. Octavio is very personable and attentive, not aloof or underfoot. We felt we always had his attention when we had questions, but he didn’t hover directly over us either. It was rainy and cold, but with a smile he ran out to the parking lot to retrieve a vehicle for our test drive. When I explained up front that I had narrowed my choices between the Highlander and the Pilot, he never bad-mouthed the competition. I find it childish when salesmen do this and insulting to those of us who perform a lot of research before making a decision. Rather, he acknowledged that both were very good options. Overall, from start to finish, Octavio made the process actually enjoyable, and we look forward to working with him again in 12 months when my wife is looking for a new Avalon. More
