Ralph Shaweet is an excellent sale's person. We visited late one night after closing and Ralph was on the lot helping another customer who had an appointment. We did not have an appointment, but he took th late one night after closing and Ralph was on the lot helping another customer who had an appointment. We did not have an appointment, but he took the time to assist us with our questions and gave us an opportunity to test drive a vehicle my girlfriend was interested in. We didn't purchase anything that night. The next day we returned, found Ralph and he was again eager to assist us in every way. That day we did multiple test drives, completed all the paperwork and purchased two vehicles. Ralph did an excellent job and I felt he was honest and forthcoming. He was able to answer all my questions and was great about all the details. I told him I wasn't going to do a deal that day and he was fine with that. He really knows his cars and it shows.
