I received horrible service at Leith Toyota October 28,2020. I took my vehicle for a diagnostic (paid $89) because my engine light is on. The Service Advisor/Charles gave me paperwork for a MultiPoint 28,2020. I took my vehicle for a diagnostic (paid $89) because my engine light is on. The Service Advisor/Charles gave me paperwork for a MultiPoint Inspection. When I talked with him from my home he claimed the car needed an evaporator hose. Then when I came to pick up my car he couldn't find the diagnostic paperwork. So I waited in my car. He then came to my car claiming there is a problem with the vacuum valve. This is unbelievable. I called today about my car needing to have the diagnostic done again since there is confusion about the issue. I spoke to 3 different people. No one could find the diagnostic information in the computer system. I left a voicemail message for Sheila/Service Advisor Manager at 1pm. She has not returned my call according to how this awful issue will be handled. It is unacceptable to lose the paperwork for a diagnostic then make up something. I'm not paying for an automobile part and the service to put it on of which there is absolutely no record for it. More

I just purchased a new 2019, lifted, jacked, black Toyota tacoma SR5 double cab pick-up from Leith Toyota. I drove 45 mins one way to seek out Leith because they are one of the few dealers in the state that tacoma SR5 double cab pick-up from Leith Toyota. I drove 45 mins one way to seek out Leith because they are one of the few dealers in the state that have an in-house motocross/off-road unit. I actually had no idea Leith had such amazing reviews, but now I do. Because 3 hrs later I left with an amazing truck. The sales rep that really "sold it to me" was Joe Procaccini. This dude is great, he is very personable, real cool guy, lots of "bro" "xxxx yeah brother" and "you got it man" all around with this personality. I would have bought anything from this guy. The process was very well done, this is probably the best dealer I have ever dealt with over my 30 years of purchasing off-road vehicles. They traded my old 1994 YJ jeep without even physically seeing it, did plate transfers etc with pictures, Joe even drove my new car to my house, 45 mins away, and picked up the old jeep, then drove it back to the dealer. They trusted that my trade was good. I have NEVER seen any business do this for a customer. I also dealt with Stanley Jones in finance, he was solid and really easy to work with, also good on trust, never felt like I was being jerked around, he was upfront and very professional. This type of culture comes from the top, I suspect their managers and executives treat their employees the same, ethics and professionalism is really evident here. Leith will now be my dealer and I'm really glad I stopped in plus met Joe. All around, I HIGHLY recommend you check them out. More
