Mixed experience. Pleased to find a very difficult to locate vehicle. But, even considering holiday level activity, we felt that the initial sales experience concentrated almost entirely on just making locate vehicle. We were at the dealership for over 4 hours, with no offer of anything to drink or eat. As a result, my wife developed a headache. My follow-up with John Choe was the exact opposite. Although he didn't make the initial sale, he took almost 2 hours going over features etc. with us. I am pleased with my Tacoma TRD offload truck, and fully expect it could repeat the 496,000 mile experience I have with my 2000 model. More
