Best Test Drive Ever! After months of "test sitting" at Carmax. I was ready to buy. We met Russ Mann at the Nissan dealership. We liked the Rogue. We talked to Russ, explained what we were looking for and he happily obliged our curiosity about various SUVs. We test drove the Honda CR-V. It was not a favorite. After more conversation, Russ asked us if we had considered the VW Tiguan. Truthfully, it wasn't even on our long list. But Russ was very convincing, so we agreed to a test. It was PERFECT! Russ listened carefully and made the perfect recommendation for us. The Tiguan is the SUV we never knew we would love! Excellent customer service from start to finish. He even got us food (major win for the 12yr old kid!) Thanks Russ! We will be back! More
