Preowned I did purchase a certified preowned vehicle from your dealership, however on the way home with the particular vehicle the check engine light came on, I did purchase a certified preowned vehicle from your dealership, however on the way home with the particular vehicle the check engine light came on, upon further review the oxygen sensor bad, the vehicle only had 19,400 miles on the odometer. The following morning I had taken said vehicle to service to have sensor replaced, waited 2 hours only to be told they didnt have the part on hand so I had to take the vehicle home and wait another day for service to be done, I missed 2 days of work due to this issue. Great experience I had a great time working with Kathy & Leith Nissan. Went originally just yo look and went on a short test drive, and when I expressed a fee concerns I had a great time working with Kathy & Leith Nissan. Went originally just yo look and went on a short test drive, and when I expressed a fee concerns with the car and that I was going to look at a different car as well she invited me to come back for a longer test drive. Came back about a week later, they had the car ready to go, let me take it out a little longer and let me get a better feel for it. When I finished the drive they made the purchase very easy, outside of a technical hiccup. They gave me a fair deal, and when a potential problem came up on my trade in, we're glad to go over it with me. Overall very relaxed and easy process, outside of a network issue that slowed it down a bit More
