The experience with the dealership was also a big part of my decision. If I had even a slight bit of apprehension, I would have kept looking. But my experience at Leith with Russ Mann was great. He was helpful, didn't pressure, no BS-ing, stright forward. He kept in contact through the entire transaction to make sure everything went smoothly. I couldn't ask for a better, stress free deal. Preowned I did purchase a certified preowned vehicle from your dealership, however on the way home with the particular vehicle the check engine light came on, I did purchase a certified preowned vehicle from your dealership, however on the way home with the particular vehicle the check engine light came on, upon further review the oxygen sensor bad, the vehicle only had 19,400 miles on the odometer. The following morning I had taken said vehicle to service to have sensor replaced, waited 2 hours only to be told they didnt have the part on hand so I had to take the vehicle home and wait another day for service to be done, I missed 2 days of work due to this issue.
