He got all the information he needed and all I had to do was drive to the dealership and he had everything else taken care of. While I was doing the paperwork he had already taken out my personal belongings from my old car to my new car. He pulled the car up under the awning as it was raining and he had the heat on and the car running. All I had to do was jump in and take off. Looking at cars has always been a nightmare for me and took at least a half a day but he took care of everything!!! Because of my tight business schedule, purchasing a car from most dealerships is a burden. Xavier Russ kept the dealership open just for me on a Saturday and he worked out price and finance via email so everything was ready by the time I even arrived from my 5 hour drive. We bought an excellent Rubicon Unlimited far below NADA value and Xavier made the whole process painless. I'm a happy Jeep driver today and I thought I was going to have to wait another week just to find the time. More

Once there was an issue and it was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. Not only is Jerry, George and the rest of the staff are very friendly but also polite and well experienced in knowledge with repairs done on a timely basis. We live 4 1/2 hours away out of state and recently drove to have two vehicles worked on. What is so important to me is that I rarely would say this but this is one place I trust whole hardily and recommend having your vehicles serviced at Leith Dodge located near Wendell, NC.
