If I had the ability to give zero stars I would, I came in yesterday to get my front break pads and rotors fix. My father and I called last week to get and estimate on how much the repairs would cost. I wa in yesterday to get my front break pads and rotors fix. I was aware that it would be around $299 or so if they could refurbish my rotors, but Ciera said that this dealership would meet or do less than the price that I got from Meinicke to completely replace and not refurbish my rotors. Which was about $300. Also Ciera said that the service would take no more than an hour. I had to wait for a total of three hours and I was almost late to my job and I had to pay $500 to get Just my front rotors replace when at Meinicke it was only around $300. Not to mention they tried to add additional services that I did not ask for and I feel like they did this because I’m younger woman (I’m 21) and inexperience with cars. When my father called to voice his frustrations with Ciera she proceeded to get an attitude with both me and my father. So not only did I have deal with a sudden price change, also I was met with terrible customer service from Ciera. She made me feel very uncomfortable about asking questions or wanting any explanation for why I had to pay double what Meinicke quoted me. Also let me add that I understand that they’re are technicians and equipment fitted for Kia souls at this dealership but that doesn’t excuse Ciera or any other person working at this dealership of luring people and under false pretenses.My family has been going to this place for years but we will not be returning for any more service.
