Best buying experience to date! So I found myself roaming around looking for a vehicle with very specific features. It was my first time buying a new car and so far every dealer just So I found myself roaming around looking for a vehicle with very specific features. It was my first time buying a new car and so far every dealer just seemed to be trying to get my into something, anything it felt like. Rather than hearing me on my requests and desires they kept trying to justify why I should get "this one" instead. I have known some folks to do business with Leith in the past and never heard anything bad, so I found myself making contact with the General Manager Joey Graves at Leith Auto-park. I kid you not, I told him very specifically what I was looking for and he called me back within 24 hours and had located and received exactly to the T what I was I search of. Upon my arrival he turned me over to Salesman Teavis Thornton, who couldn't have been more helpful. I left the dealership with a smile on my face and no question or concern unanswered. I got a better deal than I could have found anywhere else and I feel like these guys genuinely would bend over backwards for you. I also have received contact from them since just checking in on me and the new ride, and of course everything is perfect. Continuing my business with them in the future is at this point a no brainier. I have never give a positive review before and for these guys, this is going everywhere I can plaster it. Thanks again. NEW & QUALITY SUV I'm from Virginia, and after my husband and I did quite a bit of shopping, research and stopping and talking to at least 7 dealerships including this I'm from Virginia, and after my husband and I did quite a bit of shopping, research and stopping and talking to at least 7 dealerships including this one, we came back only because of Mark Hodge's no stress, no pressure attitude and very knowledgeable sense of the vehicle that we were interested in.... He answered all of our questions on our first visit and when we saw on line that they had the particular vehicle that we wanted we came straight back to him. We visited a couple of dealership in VA (First Team KIA/Southern KIA etc...) the weeks prior and they had the vehicle we wanted but could not answer finance questions that we needed to know! So we knew Marc was so knowledgeable about all aspects of the SUV that we wanted..... He made it so easy for me this time and showed us the difference in the 2 vehicles in question. Anthony and I greatly appreciate you Marc for all your hard work in helping us to get the vehicle I was looking for and at a great price. My husband is ex-military and I work for the Navy, I would encourage all military families to go to Leith Auto Park where everyone will treat you like somebody with respect. I warned him upon meeting him that I have never bought a new car because I was so turned off by the new car buying experience over the years. He assured me to take my time and there was no pressure. We took a lot of time to work through the process and he listened to all my concerns and needs. By the end of the day I got exactly what I wanted in a Kia Optima and I feel we worked out a fair price. Please consider Marc Hodge and Leith Kia if you want to be treated right. More

I could've saved us a lot of aggravation by doing business there to begin with.But, after more than a few dealer experiences,I was suspect to them...only to find that my salesman,C Scott Pittman and the manager,Tony,were acually straight up and the deal was real! The other sales people were friendly as well as the service manager,Megan,who happily answered the few questions we had!When I'm first approached, I usually ask a few questions well knowing the answer before I decide if I'll do business there. Either for a refrigerator or an automobile,tv,ect.....if the bs alarm goes off,I leave,too never return..however,this dealer is an exception to the rule!Even the finance man went over everything,page by page,not overloading us with schmooze dealerspeak,but clear and concisely! Ours salesman,Scott,also before hand,clearly showed us the numbers..thank you all and I have a new attitude on buying a new car!II can say..If other dealers would use their model,they'd sell more cars ...I hate the usual fructose laden placating...while being smugly lied to...these are adults...pleasent and straightforward : ) More
