I researched the Forte and Kia in general to find that they beat Honda in customer satisfaction. To be honest, I wasn't expecting too much from Kia. To tell you the truth, during the test drive I realized why everyone likes their Kias so much. I am very surprised how many modern features Kias come with these days. Before purchasing, I asked my brother in law how he liked his Kia Soul. He said he loved it so I went back and bought the Forte 5. I'm now a big fan of the brand. I like it more every day. The 10 year/100k warranty is extended to me since it is a Kia Certified Vehicle. Vic Warner was my salesperson. He was great. I didn't feel pressured at all. I feel like I got a great deal. I'm planning on getting all my cars serviced at Leith. The dealer oil changes are really reasonable compared to Jiffy Lube and others. Even in a few dollars more, I trust them and that makes it worth it. They really won me over with their customer service no BS approach to car sales. More
