Purchased a Kia Soul from Leith Kia today and could not be happier with the whole process. He did some figuring and called me back and said he could make it happen. I went to the dealership at noon and took a test drive with Nermin Soliman. She could not have been any nicer! She was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was by far the nicest sales person I have ever encountered. Jaray Sampson was my finance manager. He did every single thing that Michael had promised me earlier. At no time did anyone try to upsell or try to change the numbers around. I would recommend all of my family and friends to Leith Auto Park Kia without hesitation. They made the car buying process easy. Thank you, Michael, Nermin and Jaray! More

My wife and I went to the dealership around 6:30 on the evening of 7/25/2023 to view a 2023 Kia Sorento SX we had seen online. We really had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day since we had alrea evening of 7/25/2023 to view a 2023 Kia Sorento SX we had seen online. We really had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day since we had already loaded our 2023 Sportage for a vacation trip to Michigan the following morning. And then, we encountered Jaray (or Ray). Since I worked for Fred Anderson Kia for nearly 3 years (after retiring from a real estate career), I know a little something about what it takes to be successful in auto sales, and Ray exhibited a high degree of professionalism, likeability and easy demeanor. We never felt pressured to buy right then and there. He let us make up our own minds, and for me that is critical because I do not respond well to pressure tactics. Jay is a good salesman, and I felt like he was able to "read" us and responded to our questions and concerns appropriately. Bottom line is that we did buy the car that evening, and our experience with Jay and the rest of the staff (Rogel the sales manager and Jonny the finance manager) was a positive one. The one thing of note with Leith Cars is that they don't pile on a "marketing adjustment" above the MSRP, and that says a lot about the Leigh organization. Also, they were very fair with my trade. All in all, we were very happy with how the transaction turned out. By the way, after the transaction was completed, we took the Sorento home and transferred the vacation stuff from the Sportage to the Sorento. Twenty-five hundred miles later, we are still happy. The service department here definitely needs new management and service advisors. Very unfriendly service advisor with Ciera. John the service manager completely disregarded our complaint and issue. Like not even a response! Besides not standing behind the complete engine replacement they completed, which was done just a few months ago, an 02 sensor went faulty and instead of replacing it for a reasonable cost, they tried to charge us over $600 to replace a $99 part. If parting with your hard earned money and being fleeced is something you enjoy then by all means use the service department here! If you don’t appreciate being ripped off, then avoid for sure. John, the service manager didn’t even bother to call or respond to an email about the issue I raised… I called three other service shops in the area and all of them were 50 to 60% of the price quoted by Ciera. If you’re looking for any level of Kia car repair or Kia auto repair in the Rolesville, Wendell or Raleigh area, I would highly recommend avoiding this particular dealership. Just super unhappy with the lack of friendly customer service, and I despise being ripped off by dishonest repair shops like this one. These scam artists even included $190 diagnostic fee in the repair even if we decided to go with them for the repair. We’re talking about a five minute hook up to a computer to get the Kia error code. Hopefully this review costs them a lot more than $190 by helping a few others not get ripped off and have to be subjected to terrible customer service in the process! Go get your Kia repaired somewhere else! More
I brought my 2021 Kia Sorento in for its routine service. We were given a tire report stating that our front two tires were in the Amber zone and we would have a few months before they’d likely need replaced We were given a tire report stating that our front two tires were in the Amber zone and we would have a few months before they’d likely need replaced. Our back tired scored high in the green zone and we were told they’re going to be fine for a while. The service was $156. Two months later, we took them to a tire place near us to check on those front tires, they were completely in the red zone so we had to order two new tires for around $600. Upon arriving to get the tired put on, the gentleman used a laser gauge to check the center, inner and outer tread and checked the alignment of the tires. He let us know that the back tires were even further into the red zone than the front two. I thought this was really concerning given we had visited Kia just two months/4k miles before. I have Kia a call to ask about what instruments they used and which part of the tread they measured to determine the level of tread to be in great condition. The lady was immediately defensive and asked me what I wanted out of the call and what my main question was. She told me they used the best of the best tools - but didn’t know which tools and didn’t know what a laser gauge was. She told me it all depends what part of the tread is measured - but couldn’t tell me what part of the tread they measured. She told me the tired could be out of alignment - I told her alignment was fine. She told me they just simply wouldn’t have an answer for me as to why there’s such a huge discrepancy and essentially stood in silence on the phone. I explained a have a young baby and it’s icy winter roads, and I’m driving around on dangerous tires because I trusted Kia here. She didn’t care whatsoever. She told me I could bring the car/tires in and they’d give me a new evaluation and I said I would and they could tell me why there was such a huge digression so fast - she followed up by saying well we can trek you that as we’re not with you when you’re driving so we’d just never know. Do not give them your money, go elsewhere to be safe. Especially since if a mistake is made, absolutely nothing will be done. More
I was very impressed through the entire process from the test drive, to the loan process. A few slight repairs needed to be accomplished and they were done immediately and professionally. The dealership was accommodating and provided me with a loaner while the work was completed. Within 1 day I had my vehicle back with all repairs done. The dealership's hours even works perfectly with my schedule as they are open until 7pm! Excellent service and I am very pleased! More
