He excelled in customer service as well as customer intuition. I was a bit disappointed when I went back and he was busy with another client BUT I met with Kai and Rick; again awesome. It was a truly unexpectedly pleasant experience to be buying a car without the hard sale, half truths, and deceptions that have haunted the industry. I would definitely go back to them (hopefully not in time soon), and/or refer this business. They represent the epitome of what car sales should be like. More

Top Notch Customer Service at Leith Acura I have been coming to Leith Acura since buying my TL 13 yrs ago. Justin Hager has been my main contact person in this time (all of their service peop I have been coming to Leith Acura since buying my TL 13 yrs ago. Justin Hager has been my main contact person in this time (all of their service people are top notch). He has been amazing to work with in the 13+ years and I now take my Honda Pilot to him for service now. I live in Clayton so the commute to Cary is bumper to bumper. The trip there and back is worth it to me because of the customer service I receive. I have never been disappointed with Leith Acura and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them in the future. More

A defective part in my car was ruining my driving experience In September I took my car to Leith Acura for service. It had begun to make an annoying sound while I was driving. Justin Hager, the service advisor told me that the propeller shaft needed to be replaced. This is a very expensive part and the first service issue I have had with this '09 car in over 90,000 miles. In December I wrote Justin and Kai Hardaway, our sales rep who did a fine job getting my wife into her new MDX in 2016. I asked if there was any way that Acura could participate in the part cost for the needed repair. These two gents went to bat for us and got us some replacement cost relief. I took the car in for repair on January 9 and received the usual great service (this time in their new facility). I had the opportunity to thank them personally and wanted to see that their great customer service did not go unnoticed , hence this review. More
