My salesman, Kai, was not pushy, and I absolutely felt like I could trust him and what he was saying was honest. He was very thorough with explaining the differences I would find between an ILX, TLX, and RDX, he was extremely patient, and made the process as easy and smooth as possible. After my first service experience at Lieth Acura, Cary, I won't be using Faye I was having my RDX service for the past 2 years at Fayetteville Acura. After my first service experience at Lieth Acura, Cary, I won't be using Fayetteville Acura any longer regardless of the additional drive time to Leith. The service adviser, David Jefferys was both professional and committed to giving me a great service experience from the start.
