When you compare Acuras with similar cars from German rivals (i.e. BMWs, Mercedes and Audis), Acuras offer better performance and many more “quality of life” improving functionalities than similarly priced rivals, or a much lower price than similarly loaded/performing rivals. These speak of tremendous value rather than product inferiority. Bottom line: don’t pay more for being associated with a German brand. Buy an Acura and use the savings for something more meaningful (e.g. donate to a charity). The dealership. I’ve been to all Acura dealerships in the triangle area, and they’re all great. However, one is truly exceptional - Leith Acura of Cary. Their friendliness, professionalism, comfort, work ethic, and values are refreshing. I’m always welcome there, and I never feel hustled or pushed to make any decision. They’re always happy to provide any Acura information you need, and to let you experience the vehicle for yourself and fall in love with it unaided. Interestingly, there’s a shiver of excitement at the dealership when a returning customer who is passionate about Acuras steps into the building. It’s like “This is what this dealership lives for-the passion”. They’re truly genuine and I love that about them. The man: Kerry Leeburn is like the good genie from Aladdin - not only is he your personal friend, he also brings your Acura dreams to life. He got me hooked on Acura TLX and rightfully so.
