We initially went to buy a Honda but was not happy with their negotiating over price, so my wife on the way mentioned that we should stop by the Acura dealership. I stopped in and met a wonderful sales pe their negotiating over price, so my wife on the way mentioned that we should stop by the Acura dealership. I stopped in and met a wonderful sales person named Katheryne who was very helpful and not pushy. We drove several cars and left the dealership to think about the purchase of the car. Katheryne stayed in touch with us and again was not pushy but very polite, my wife really enjoyed her. So we came back to the dealership and actually decided to buy the car. Katheryne had most of the paperwork done for us and really made sure the process was short and sweet. Katheryne really was great with her professionalism, personality and overall character. I told her I think she may have made us a Acura family now when we were a Honda family. The other people at the dealership were also polite and provided a low-pressure environment.
