Dave Pecek...Together we found my dream car. I did a lot of online shopping when I was looking for a "new" car. When I saw the CPO 2014 E350, I had found my dream car. I drove a black one and loved it but really wanted a white one. I drove 45 minutes to Leikin motors to drive the white one....it was gorgeous but before I could drive it, it sold...slipped right thru my fingers. I asked Dave (the best salesperson ever!) to find me another one. He kept in touch and up to date with the search and a couple weeks later, there it was! Even better than the one I thought I was going to buy, with lower mileage. Attentive, respectful, honest, and reliable....that's what I got from Dave Pecek and the Leikin Motors Team...well worth the trip!! Thank you....I love my car! More
Exceptional Customer Service! Leikin Mercedes of Willoughby treated me exceptionally well before my sale...and customer service has not diminished afterwards. I was out of town but Leikin Mercedes of Willoughby treated me exceptionally well before my sale...and customer service has not diminished afterwards. I was out of town but they worked with me over the phone to get the exact car I wanted transferred to their location for sale and pickup. And they still worked with me some on the price! They are quick to assist when needed and very responsive to and helpful with questions I've had regarding my GLC 300. If you are in the market for a Mercedes and value and appreciate good service, I highly recommend Leikin as your dealer of choice. More

Service Pain Trying to set an appointment for service has radically changed at Leiken and worsen. 1) First time I called , two transfers then a message, then Trying to set an appointment for service has radically changed at Leiken and worsen. 1) First time I called , two transfers then a message, then reference to LeikenMotors,com, t set an appojntment. 2) So i go to leikenMotirs.com and guess what? There is no service reference, just cars new and used to click on. 3) Back to calling Leiken Motors, working through the phone tree set of prompts. Get to the the message again and while sewing about the .com false lead, I miss the set of prompts to leave a message. 4) I circle back for the thrid time through the set of prompts and this time after hearing about having a "Greta Day" and recording my message for the third time, I at last leave a message. Now i wonder if I will get a call and when? I use to be an A-1 Leiken customer. Have things changed this much? We'll see. , Reference to going on line doesn't work - There is no service connection to set an appointment on line, More

Exceeded my expectations Wow.....where do I begin? First off I saw my dream car online It was perfectly priced and the right color so I hopped on the road and drove 200 miles Wow.....where do I begin? First off I saw my dream car online It was perfectly priced and the right color so I hopped on the road and drove 200 miles to test drive it! Secondly upon arriving I was greeted with a huge smile by a guy named Steve Johnson "THE BOW TIE GUY"who told us it was his first day on the job....I told him what car I was interested in and that I drove 200 miles to test drive it and without hesitation he retrieved the keys.....We talked about everything from sports to the kids as I was getting acquainted with what I knew to be the newest addition to my family....I put a down payment on the car and headed back to Michigan to finialize my financing through my bank but assured Steve I would be back under four conditions...1. That he detail the car 2. That he put Armour Oil on the tires. 3. that he put some "smell good" in the car and lastly that he puts that big, red bow that I saw on the commercial on my car...Steve said "sure thing" After completing my financing once again I hit the highway and headed to OHIO to claim my beauty....Upon arrival I was amazed! Finally someone at a dealership KEPT THEIR WORD!!!!! There my car was in the showroom clean with shiny tires! I quickly opened the door to a fresh scent and.......YOU GUESSED IT.....MY BIG, RED BOW!!!!!! Shortly afterwards Dave Pecek the sale consultant greeted my husband and I and quickly went over alllllllllllll the bells and whistles! It took nearly 45 mins for him to show me each part and how it functioned BUT I DIDN'T MIND....Next Mike Morris came over and asked if he could take our picture next to our new ride and of course I obliged! We were escorted to the finance dept to complete title paperwork and I was given a brand new Mercedes Benz ink pen ( in box) to use! I felt like royalty! I said alllllllllll of this to say in all of my years of buying cars (and I've purchased at least 15) I have NEVER been treated with class! They spoiled me and certainly set the bar high!!!!!
