Amazing experience!! My daughter and son in law have been looking for a bigger car after adding a baby to the family. Today this ad popped up in my feed on Facebook. I said to them, why dont you check this place out? So i set up an appointment for them tonight at 6:30. We were all sceptical as we drove there, but wanted to see what they had to offer. We got there right on time and waited about 10 minutes before we were seen. Credit checks were done, looked at some cars, but one of the biggest things was to see what they would get for their trade in. When the numbers came back everyone was SO excited to see that their car was getting paid off in FULL, they were giving them an amazing deal on a new 2019 sorrento, and the payments were going to be what they wanted!! We were there for 6 hours total, and the dealership stayed open until 12:30 am just to make sure that everyone left happy. We have been to 6 dealerships lately and have not met anyone as wonderful as the 2 that helped us tonight. Ramon the sales manager, and Ramon product specialist were amazing!! Friendly, funny, helpful and helped with everything right to the end of the sale which went as far as showing how everything worked in the car at midnight. Great job guys, I will recommend everyone I know to come and see you, and we will be back when we need another car. Thanks for a great experience. More

Buy a SUV I went to Lehighton KIA to take advantage of the big sale they had going on. I got a quick response when i inquired online about one i liked. It was a 50 minute drive from where i live but i made the trip in hopes they would give me the great deal they were promising. I worked with Cody C and could not have asked for a better experience!!! He and the financial team worked hard and make it possible for me to drive away in the exact vehicle i wanted! I highly recommend Lehighton KIA as i have been to other Kia dealers and even bought from another KIA dealer but NO ONE has ever given me an experience like the one I received here! More

Next we dealt with Ramon who was honest and didnt stop working until he got us to the deal we wanted. They listened to what we wanted and didnt want and got us the perfect car. We finish with Brandon who gave us all the extra options they can offer for warranties and made his best recommendations and when he didnt have an answer he went and called who he needed to, to get one. He didnt pretend to know it all nor did he bs us. We couldn't be happier with the customer service we received and will continue to go back to them for future cars. More
