Not rating people because I do not know any by name. Only ever met one who was discourteous and he sat in a corner, a suit w/a desk job who wasn’t polite enough to answer a question. All he wanted to do was push a pen and sell a vehicle.

Alexis, who was my Customer service Rep was AWESOME!! She was almost literally "bubbly." She was friendly, enthusiastic about her job and happily engaged me in outside conversation without showing the "c She was almost literally "bubbly." My car was completed quickly and recommendations of things that should be done to preserve the car's good working condition, were made. I made an appointment to address one of the items I know was never done. The service manager quickly processed a promotional incentive I presented when I came in which will allow me to use it immediately. I will definitely be back and will absolutely consider them for another car when the time comes around. More
