Ray Suncar was a pleasure to work with and really goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. The first time I came in 3 months ago he was not able to help me due to low down money on my side and the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. The first time I came in 3 months ago he was not able to help me due to low down money on my side and I owed alot more on my trade in than it was worth. However he gave me step by step instructions to follow to get me approved and 3 months later I am the proud owner of a new car. He and his team negotiated with the banks to get me very affordable payments and the lowest interest rates they could. I did not care for the brakes when they first showed my vehicle to me they said no problem and replaced them giving me a very nice loaner untill it was done. Everything started ok on the first visit. we were close on the numbers but were just out of my range, so we couldnt make it work that day, so Ray said if the truck is still here, give him a call if things on the numbers but were just out of my range, so we couldnt make it work that day, so Ray said if the truck is still here, give him a call if things change and you can purchase. Well two weeks later i gave him a call and he said the truck was still there, and I said, i only want to make one trip because it is about a 45 minute to hour drive. He said that is fine he will talk to his boss. I keep calling and texting for an update, and he is working on it, and finally and literally a week later he says if i come in today, i will drive that truck home tonight. I said perfect and make the trip in, and 1 hour later THE TRUCK IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Like seriously. And to top it off even further, i was offered trucks, i was looking for a Full Size Crew Cab, that werent not comparable, and if i did want something comparable I needed to kick in more money, even though the TRUCK i was coming for was a FULL Size Crew Cab (2017 Ram 1500 Sport). Let me add that i talk with him the night before and if it werent so late, because they close at 6pm, he said i could have drove home with the truck the night before, the same truck that was magically in the body shop the next day. Very disappointing treatment, very shady...By the way, the truck that got in the accident and is no longer available, still on the website for sale as of this writing...Stock#: P12320, VIN #: 1C6RR7MT1HS831430....i guess the ol' switcheroo is on me.
