I had considered several other vehicles and models from other dealerships, but returned to Lehigh Valley Hyundai due to my previous positive experiences there. The vehicle that I knew I wanted was not on the lot, and not listed anywhere in the immediate area online. The sales staff worked diligently to locate and acquire the exact vehicle that I was looking for within a couple of days. With simple negotiating, we were able to agree on a fair price with easy financing available. The sales team took me on a test drive and carefully demonstrated all of the new tech that was unfamiliar to me. The staff was consistently friendly and professional. Maverick, the salesman we worked with, tried to meet us where we needed to be, based on the vehicle I wanted, not the vehicle he "needed" to sell us. To put this into perspective, my father and I drove over an hour to work with this dealership, versus going a Hyundai dealership that was 10 minutes from our house. The reason was reviews.
