He assured me that he was going to make this experience as easy as possible for me and that I was in good hands. I was quite abrasive and skeptical as I know this kind of talk is standard sales practice. Well let me tell you... He ABSOLUTELY delivered on every level of his word. Aubrey was genuinely nice and very passionate about his work and it showed with his careful handling of my situation. He made the process a breeze and this was my most pleasant experience to date with purchasing a vehicle. He and the finance team had me in and out in less than 3 hours from test drive to paperwork completed to taking delivery of my BRAND NEW 2018 Elantra!!!
