Sales staff horrible I arrived to look at a vehicle I saw advertised on autotrader. The used car salesperson would not even let me see the vehicle. He was unbelievable. W I arrived to look at a vehicle I saw advertised on autotrader. The used car salesperson would not even let me see the vehicle. He was unbelievable. Wasted my time with this dealer. I will never go back. I drove 2 hours to a Hyundai dealer to purchase another Hyundai Equus. As for service I will drive to Ciocca Hyundai in Quakertown. They treat their customers much better. More

If I could give zero stars I would I had an appointment, checked in and proceeded to sit there for 30 mins. I went back to the customer service desk and asked for help again to no avail I had an appointment, checked in and proceeded to sit there for 30 mins. I went back to the customer service desk and asked for help again to no avail. I wouldn’t be mad if the place was rounded but I was the only one there besides another customer being helped. Where was everyone on a Saturday? At least tell me you’re busy and I’ll be right with you. This was the worst customer service I have ever been a part of. More
