My name is Robert Owens and I just left your dealership. Your salesperson was very nice and professional. Your sales manager not so much. I really expected that as a repeat customer, your dealership would Your salesperson was very nice and professional. Your sales manager not so much. I really expected that as a repeat customer, your dealership would go out of your way to help me. You sold me a 2017 duel clutch transmission Sonata. This car is not only not safe, it is devaluing faster than I can pay it off. But no help was really offered to me. When I said that "this was a waste of my time," your sales manager Sonny became enraged. He confronted me and attempted to degrade and humiliate me in front of the entire dealership. He ordered me out of the dealership and said that I "could wait for an hour for my keys" he asked me if I was a baby and going to cry. He stood inches from my face and yelled at me. Not only was he acutely unprofessional, he could use some anger management classes. All I ever wanted was a good deal on a safe car. I know now that I'm never going to get that from you. I will find someone at Hyundai USA and let them know about this. I'm sure they would like to know how your dealership treats their customers. More
