Hyundai Service is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for a car repair on a Thursday, 9 Nov 2023. Delivered the car on Wednesday night. Heard nothing about diagnosis or estimated cost by 3 PM Thursday. Tried to contact service agent but got voicemail and asked for callback. No call back. Same thing happened on Friday - no call back. Same thing again on Saturday morning - no call back. Send email to dealership management about noon Saturday which triggered an agent callback mid-afternoon Saturday. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate Hyundai customer communication process as a zero. It took 2 1/2 days for a service agent to contact me after repeated attempts and that only occurred because I had to pressure top management. More
