I was shopping for a new car, my first in 52 years of my life, single Mom and raising grandkids never afforded me this luxury. Mahmood was a god d=sent to deal with he is a truly blessed man and goes out of his way to please a customer and as we all know customer service can make or break a company. I had gone to Brown Daub Kia and the customer service there was so bad it was scarry. Mahmood made this the greatest experience even and Ray the finace guy was OUTSTANDING. I even feel better with all the insurances I bought on this vehicle. Mahmood and Ray are to be commended on the OUTSTANDING job they do for Hyundai I wish I had people like them working for me. Most of all The family friendly atmosphere was fantastic I had my grandaughter along and 3 1/2 hours was long for her to wait but the service guy gave her a coloring book and she was in heaven and time flew for her, THANK-YOU FOR THAT. I went to Lehigh Hyundai for a new car purchase. This is my 2nd new car in my life. I am 55 and the last one was when I was 19 years old. Needless to say I had soooo many questions. I must have made at least a half dozen phone calls and not once did Mahmood (my sales representative) make me feel like I was being a bother. It was nice to have an understanding of the rebates, how they were applied, what was available as options, etc, Once I made my decision and purchased my car, they had it ready for me in 2 hours to take home. I think the price was high for a "new" car with 12,000 miles on it. The front seats show wear, perhaps a cover could have been used to keep it as new!
