Ian was so helpful over the phone and alleviated our concerns that we made the 45 minute drive to check things out in person and Ian and Lehigh Valley Hyundai did not disappoint. As a long time Scott Volvo customer, the service entering process is very quick with only 2-3 people in the intake bay. Maybe you could benchmark. Otherwise good visit.
