We were leary on taking our cars to the dealer for service. We dealt with Rex who was a service advisor then. Thanks to him our opinions of dealers for service changed. We have bought numerous cars from Vinart since then- never were sold unneeded service or pay for warrantied service. We now live in NC and will continue buying our cars and have them serviced (when in the area) at Vinart dealerships. More

This was the second time I came to buy a car here, but the first time I bought a new car from Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I was looking to trade-in my 2006 Sonata, but was having a really hard time because of the first time I bought a new car from Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I was looking to trade-in my 2006 Sonata, but was having a really hard time because of my bad equity. I told them from the very beginning that I was already having a hard time finding a car that kept me within a certain price range. They understood my situation and started offering me leasing and financing options that would best suit my needs. Both Used and New car options were brought to the table. This was the first time I felt that "a dealership was working for me". They were honest about the sensitivity of my predicament, but embraced the challenge and I unexpectedly walked out "owning my very first brand new car". The mileage on the car was unbelievably low and the quality of my 2012, 5 Door, Hyundai Accent has been amazing. This has been a year of new beginnings and when our baby boy is born in April, we are confident he will enjoy our stylish new car as well. If you're ever visiting Lehigh Valley Hyundai, ask for Zaheer Datoo, he was the salesman that welcomed our car on November 25th to the family. -Jayson and Family More

In June, A "FREE" inspection cost us over $300 in unnecessary work to a car with only 30,000 miles ..... I had an excellent experience with LVH. I was shopping for my daughters first car and she decided that the Hyundai was her choice. After visiting a couple of local dealers I came away less than impressed for my daughters first car and she decided that the Hyundai was her choice. After visiting a couple of local dealers I came away less than impressed with their customer service and most importantly honesty. After doing some additional research, I found that Lehigh Valley Hyundai seemed to have a high degree of customer satisfaction so I took the 50 mile drive from NJ to have a look. I am glad that I did. I am a complete skeptic when it comes to working with car dealers, and I kept waiting for the "catch", the hard sell and the promises broken, but none of that ever happened. They helped me work through some issues with Hyundai finance (issues on my part) and really made the entire transaction pretty easy for me. They obtained the Sonata that we wanted and delivered it when they said they would. When I arrived to pick the car up, all the paperwork was ready, there was no hard upsell on any additional packages, all of the numbers were just as we had agreed and I was done with the entire transaction in less than an hour. I would have to say that this was probably the best car buying experience that I have had. More
