Hello and thank you for taking the time to write this review. I want to apologize for the lack of attentiveness on the part of our team. It appears as though you visited us on a Saturday which tends to be a very busy day for us. With that said, it is unacceptable that no one came out to greet you. In addition, I want to apologize for the condition of the Santa Fe you looked at. Our inventory turns over quickly. Every car we receive goes through an inspection and initial cleaning once it comes off the transporter. In all probability this car just came off the transporter and did not have a chance to go through our process. Again, I apologize for the condition of this vehicle. If you would be kind enough to give us another opportunity, I would greatly appreciate it. As you can see from the other reviews we are very serious about the quality of the customer experience. We fell short in this instance and I regret that very much.
